Rivo Nidhi Limited invites residents of India to become a shareholder in the company to be able to take part in the activities of the company. Every member is a shareholder of the company.
Terms for membership
- Membership is only through reference from existing members
- Minimum age for membership will be 18 years
- Minimum 1 shares to be purchased to become a member of face value Rs. 10.00, subject to company terms
- Any public residing in India / NRI’s from India can apply for membership
- Minors can open deposit accounts if the guardians of the minor is a member of the company

- The loans given to the members at a lower rate compared to the market rate hence it attracts the members to do more savings.
